Robert (Bob) Robey is an energy and environmental engineer who has had along career providing expert, professional consultation to the Department of Energy, the Department of Transportation, and several federal labs.

 

His most recent professional association was as a co-founder of STaR, International, which was the first major effort in the European Union to provide doctoral and post-doctoral students an opportunity to apply sustainable solutions to solve real-life environmental problems while being evaluated by recognized experts from academia, business and government. Mr. Robey has volunteered time at Frederick arts events and has been an active participant and leader in a variety of other Frederick County activities.
